Please note: Entry cutoff date is April 1st, 2012. We will only be able to accept a limited number of teams in this contest; therefore the first 15 qualifying teams will be accepted. Cook sites will be assigned on a first come first serve bases.
Note to all Teams: Due to a Jackson City Ordinance teams should not have alcoholic beverages without a wristband and in a container that is used by Smokin Pork-N-Butts.

Back Yard teams will be required to compete in both pulled pork and ribs. They can also compete in the ancillary category with the Professional teams.

Back Yard Cook Team: Teams will be given 2 (two) wristbands per entry. Extra wristbands will be $5 and will be good for both days. Wristbands will be at the gate.

Space Assignments are 20x20. Some over sized spaces are available at 30x30, these assignments will be made as the applications are received. There will be an additional cost of $50 for a 30x30 site. 20 AMP Power is available for $25 (each).
