Please note: Entry cutoff date is April 1, 2011. We will only be able to accept a limited number of teams in this contest; therefore the first 20 qualifying teams will be accepted. Cook sites will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Note to all Teams: Due to a Jackson City Ordinance teams should not have alcoholic beverages without a wristband and in a container that is used by Smokin Pork n Butts.
